CANCELLING AN ORDER TOP

We make every attempt to process your order as quickly as possible, and once a custom made item goes into production, it cannot be canceled. Cancellations must be made in writing within 24 hours of placing the original order.  Please contact us with your cancellation request . The email must include your first and last name, the order number, and an email address where you can be contacted if needed. No cancellations will be accepted by phone. We just want to make sure that you receive (or don't receive) the proper order.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES TOP

Standard merchandise typically ships within 1-2 days. Many of our items are custom made upon order and each vendor has their own delivery time. Most delivery times fall within a range of 2 - 6 weeks, with a few taking a bit longer. Check the product page for more specifics.  Please note that we are not responsible for unforseen delays due to production demand or fabric availabilty that are beyond our control.

FABRIC DYE LOTS TOP
We make every effort to accurately display the products we sell with plenty of pictures and descriptions.  We also offer a swatch program to help you determine if the fabric color meets your needs. Please note, fabric dye lots do vary and we simply can't control which dye lots are used for the fabrication of the swatches or products. So, we can't be responsible if the swatch differs from the final product.  Also, colors can vary slightly on computer monitors.  If a standard item does not match your expectations, simply return it.  (Note that custom made items cannot be returned, so be sure to order a swatch.)

ORDERING SECURITY TOP

Not only is shopping online safe, but it is the easiest method I've found!  Those of us with little ones know that what used to be a simple trip to the store turns into a major event with the addition of children!  (You've got to have the purse, the diaper bag, the cart cover, the right blankie, the extra bottle, the favorite stuffed bunny...and you're supposed to look hip, chic and pulled together!)  Too much for me!  So, we have teamed with Paypal, the world's leader in payment security, which means that all information is sent and received securely. 

OUTOF STOCK PRODUCTS TOP
Ashberry Baby strives to carry only the best products for your baby's nursery. Sometimes, our vendors run short of stock due to high demand. In the event that a product is out of stock, we will notify you via email to ask whether you want to place the order and wait for it to be stocked, place an order for an alternate item, or cancel the order altogether.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED TOP
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.  We have selected Paypal because all financial information is stored on their super-secure servers.  None of your credit card numbers are stored here at Ashberry Baby.

PRICING POLICY TOP
We strive to offer the best products for your baby's nursery at the best prices. There are times when we may goof and misprice an item. If this happens, we will contact you before processing your order to see if you wish to purchase the order at the correct price. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

PRIVACY POLICY TOP

Ahh..the privacy policy. Sadly, this has become a necessary addition to every website. Some companies like to take your email and other contact info and share it with others. We happen to feel that you should control who gets that info yourself! So, we completely respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with anyone.  If you link to anyone from our site, please be sure to check their privacy policies, as we are not responsible for their practices.  We hope you will join our mailing list so we can send you notification of sales or special events. You may of course cancel at any time..and I promise we will remove you immediately. It always bugs me when sites don't do that!

PRODUCTION DELAYS TOP

Ashberry Baby has worked hard to select manufacturers with the highest standard of quality and customer service. However, there are sometimes unforeseen production delays due to product demand or fabric availablity. Neither Ashberry Baby nor our manufacturers are responsible for such delays which are beyond our control. We will make every attempt to keep you informed in the event of such a delay.

PRODUCT REVIEWS TOP

We would love to hear from you when you receive your items! In an online shopping environment it is wonderful to hear what others think of the products, so we would like to let everyone know your thoughts.  Contact us and give us all the details. Include a photo of the product in your home if you'd like. While we can't always post every pic we get, it sure is fun to see how our customers use the items we sell.   If you include it, we reserve the right to publish personal information such as first initial, last name and geographical location with your review. In addition, if you send any photographs of the items in your home, including those of your sweet angel resting peacefully in his or her beautiful new nursery, we reserve the right to display those photographs on the site as well. Sorry, but there is no compensation for submission of reviews or photographs.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES TOP

Products are under manufacturer warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days. Damage incurred while in possession of the customer is not covered. Normal wear and tear is not included in the warranty.  Please inspect your item upon receipt for any damage and notify us within 48 hours of receipt of any problems.   Some manufacturers require digital photos of the item before proceeding with replacements.

RETURN POLICY TOP

We want you to be thrilled with your baby's nursery and completely satisfied with your Ashberry Baby purchases. Please be sure to read the policies for each of the items we carry.
General Ready-to-Ship Merchandise
In all possible cases, we will happily accept returns of new, unused and unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.  Please email us to request a return authorization number (RAN). This number helps us to be sure we credit your account properly. Please write the number clearly on the shipping box. Items without a RAN will not be accepted. Please notify us within 48 hours of the receipt of damaged or incorrect merchandise. Items must be received by Ashberry Baby within 14 days of issue of the RAN. Purchase price minus shipping charge will be credited back to your credit card upon receipt and inspection. For items which shipped for free, the cost of shipping will be deducted.  Ashberry Baby reserves the right to deny a return. Unauthorized returns, or returns found to be in used or otherwise unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. The customer is responsible for shipping charges for the return of an item.
 
Custom Bedding and Accessories
Much of our bedding and many accessories are custom made for you and therefore, the manufacturers do not accept returns. Custom products are labeled on the ordering page as custom with a little note that looks like this:
 
Custom items are a great way to insure your baby's nursery stands out from the rest, so don't fear ordering custom! Send an email, or give us a call with specific questions before you order. Also, don't forget to take advantage of our convenient swatch program so you can check your colors.
 
Personalized Items
Please be sure to fill out all requests for personalization very carefully, as no personalized items can be returned. If the name or message is incorrectly stitched and does not match your submission, we will gladly right the wrong. Please contact us for a RAN and a replacement.

Final Sale Items
All items marked Final Sale are not returnable. Please be careful when choosing these items. Send us an email, or give us a call with specific questions if you'd like.

SALES TAX TOP
Sales Tax is only charged for deliveries to locations in Georgia.

SHIPPING TOP

At this time we only ship within the 48 contiguous US states. We cannot ship to APO/FPO destinations.  Standard orders ship for $5. However, some large items do require surcharges. Those charges are explained on those product pages.  Our responsibility for items is valid through the shipment of the item. Once the product ships, the responsibility of the shipment is with the customer. Please make arrangements for the safety of packages once they arrive at your door.
